Charles M.(Skip) Mooney , Jr. attended Arkansas State University and is an Honor Code graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law.

He is a member of the Craighead County Bar Association (Vice President in 2002-2003 and President in 2003-2004) and the Arkansas Bar Association.

In addition to his many legal duties at the Mooney Law Firm, "Skip" is on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Jonesboro Association and is also very active within the community.
